City By Storm follows a woman returning to the city she once called home after years away. The familiar streets have changed, replaced by rapid urban expansion, though fragments of the past still remain.

Across six tracks, Neon Lasagna translates that journey into shifting musical scenes. The album opens with a sense of return, moves through memories of the past city, and builds toward a tense escape after a covert attempt to recover information that once forced the protagonist to leave — each track tailored to a different mood and sonic narrative.

Through layered synthesizers and cinematic arrangement, Neon Lasagna turns instrumental electronic music into a narrative space where mood, movement, and melody carry the story forward.

Drawing from synthwave, EDM, ambient music, and video game soundtracks, the project builds tracks around layered keyboards, steady rhythmic foundations, and melodic phrasing that suggests movement and narrative. Rather than following a single genre lane, Neon Lasagna treats synthesizers as a storytelling medium.
